| 1. How to add your name in Voters’ list ? |

Any citizen of India who has completed 18 years of age can fill up Form 6 and submit the same to concerned electoral registration officer. After scrutiny and verification, the name of the applicant will be entered in the voters list. |

| 2. How to delete your name from Voters’ list ? |
|
Any person, who has shifted to other Assembly Constituency has to get his name be deleted from the previous Assembly Constitutency. |

Form 7 is to be deposited to the concerned ERO. After scrutiny and verification, the concerned names will be deleted from the electoral roll. |

| 3. How to make corrections in the Voters’ list ? |
|
Any person intending to make changes in his name or other particulars recorded in voters list, he shall submit form 8 to the concerned ERO. Click Here to check your name. |

| 4. How to obtain a Voter’s Certificate ? |
|
Any person whose name appears in voters list of an Assembly constituency can submit an application on a plain paper affixing court fee stamp of Rs.5/- to the concerned ERO to obtain voters certificate. | |
| 5. How to obtain EPIC card ? |
|
Any person whose name appears in voters list can apply for voters identity card in form 001.Provided he has not been earlier issued an EPIC Card. | |
| 6. How to obtain Duplication EPIC Card ? |
